High Quality Vacuum Conveyor
JZKS vacuum conveyor use a vortex pump,so that the suction nozzle inlet and the entire system is in a certain state of vacuum. The powder and granular material is sucked into the material nozzle along with the outside air to form the material flow. It reaches the hopper through the suction tube and is separated to air and material.
The separated material enters the receiving equipment. The feeding-discharging is accomplished by continuously opening and closing the pneumaticthree-way valve,and the opening and closing of the pneumatic three-way valve is controlled by the controller.
The vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air counter-blowing device. When the material is discharged,the compressed air pulse-pumps thefilter to knock down the powder adsorbed on the filter surface to ensure that the suction material can operate normally.

Overview:JZKS vacuum conveyor is a new product developedon the basis of extensive absorption of similar foreign products. It is an ideal vacuum conveying equipmentfor powder material,granular material,and powder and granular material mixture. It can not only automaticallytransport various materials to the hoppers of packaging machines, injection molding machines, pulverizers, etc, but also directly transfer the mixed materials to mixers (such as V-type mixers,two-dimensional mixers,three-dimensional mixers, etc.) In addition, the labor intensity of workers has been reduced, and dustspills during filling have been resolved.
Vacuum feeder is divided into two types:gap discharge type and continuous discharge type. The gap discharge type helps reduce the investment cost of the equipment and facilitates the control of material level. In most cases, we recommend users to use the gap discharge type.Continuous discharge type is generally used for vacuum transport of materials over long distances and high volumes.
Technical Services:Technical handover, including engineering and design of a full set of process technology.We propose to provide the following services, including consulting services, installation guidance, commissioning, trial production guidance and training.Aftersales Service:Equipment warranty for 1 year (consumer parts: except for shredding discs and ring gears). The warranty period for bearings is as follows: one year of operation for 8 hours of service is warranted for one year; one day of operation for more than
20 hours is warranted for 6 months.
The cost to the buyer's factory within five days is included in the total price of the equipment and the customer provides an international round-trip ticket.
For more than 5 days, the service fee will be charged at 145 USD per day per person.
If the customer is all ready to install the mill, the equipment can be installed and debugged basically for three days.
We are responsible for guiding the installation and commissioning.Responsibility of Buyer and Seller:Seller:
We will provide installation and commissioning and engineering technical support. The scope of the provision will be defined in detail within the contract.
Buyer:
The supply of equipment and installations, technical data, and construction materials for local supply are provided by the buyer:
- Power supply and cable
- Parts that are not mentioned in the quotation or that are explained by the local supply.
The following work and services are the buyer's responsibilities:
- Equipment transportation costs
- Equipment installation, commissioning, commissioning personnel, except for supplier personnel
- Sufficient raw materials and storage equipment for commissioning
- Transportation tools, cranes and lifting devices

2.payment method
After the contract is signed, a 30% deposit will be paid; 60% of the payment will be paid before shipment after the equipment is manufactured; the balance of 10% shall be paid within one week after the equipment is commissioned and accepted 6 months (with a time limit of 7 months after the equipment is shipped).

Receive orders, find out all technical and business details and receive approximately 30 working days after receiving the deposit.

(3) Only qualified components will be assembled and total equipment must be inspected completely before sale.After Sale Service:
1. We will send our technician to the site for guiding equipment installation and commissioning.
2. During the installation and commissioning, we offer operator training service.
3. The quality assurance date is one year after commissioning. And after that, we will collect the cost if provide repairing for your equipment.
4. Maintenance for equipment failure caused by improper handling (appropriate cost will be collected).
5. We offer the components with favorable price and perdurable maintenance.
6. If equipment repairing is needed after quality assurance date is expired, we will collect maintenance cost.
