JFJM series fluidized bed air MILL (horizontal classification) is a collection of fluidized bed air grinding, turbine ultrafine classification in one of the grinding equipment, with Alpine company AFG JET MILL, belongs to the same model.
The machine can be used to crush the Mohs 9 hardness below the crushing of the material, can obtain 1 ~ 4um ultrafine powder, no pollution, suitable for crushing heat sensitive materials.
The fineness of the product is as high as d97 = 1 ~ 4μm, the particle size distribution is narrow and there are no large particles.
· High grinding efficiency, low energy consumption, energy saving 30 ~ 50% compared with other types of air flow grinding;
· Materials do not go through the nozzle, so the wear of vulnerable parts is low, the product is less polluted, can be processed without iron pollution powder products and Mohs hardness of 9 ~ 10 materials;
· Compact structure, low noise and automatic operation.
Technical Services:Technical handover includes engineering and design of a full set of process technology.
We propose to provide the following services, including consulting services, installation guidance, commissioning, trial production guidance and training.Aftersales Service:Equipment warranty for 1 year (consumer parts: except for shredding discs and ring gears). The warranty period for bearings is as follows: one year of operation for 8 hours of service is warranted for one year; one day of operation for more than
20 hours is warranted for 6 months.
The cost to the buyer's factory within five days is included in the total price of the equipment and the customer provides an international round-trip ticket.
For more than 5 days, the service fee will be charged at 145 USD per day per person.
If the customer is all ready to install the mill, the equipment can be installed and debugged basically for three days.
We are responsible for guiding the installation and commissioning.Responsibility of Buyer and Seller:Seller:
We will provide installation and commissioning and engineering technical support. The scope of the provision will be defined in detail within the contract.
Buyer:
The supply of equipment and installations, technical data, and construction materials for local supply are provided by the buyer:
- Liquid nitrogen supply system
- Power supply and cable
- Parts that are not mentioned in the quotation or that are explained by the local supply.
The following work and services are the buyer's responsibilities:
- Equipment transportation costs
- Equipment installation, commissioning, commissioning personnel, except for supplier personnel
- Sufficient raw materials and storage equipment for commissioning
- Transportation tools, cranes and lifting devices
-The customer need to arranges 2~3 installers to install the equipment.
Delivery and Payment Terms:1.price
Ex-factory price, including shipping to Shanghai port, properly packaged, including tax.
2.payment term
After the contract is signed, a 30% deposit will be paid.And the remaining 70% of the payment is paid before shipment. Customers can come to the factory for acceptance and can run the finished mill with materials.
3.delivery time
Receive orders, find out all technical and business details and receive approximately 30 working days after receiving the deposit.
4.valid period
60 days from the date of quotation

Upon receiving the deposit, we will offer the following technical services:
1. Design for your production line flow and equipment layout, free of charge;
2. Provide foundation drawings of customer-ordered grinding mills and drawings of related parts, etc;
3. Technical parameters of peripheral equipment will be supplied;
4. Free technical suggestions on adjusting of equipment layout and application.
5. Equipment upgrading (customers need to pay the cost);Quality Assurance:
1. Strictly conforming to ISO9001 quality management system;
2. Strict control from purchasing inspection, process inspection to final proofing;
3. Established several QC departments to execute quality control regulations;
4. Detailed quality control examples:
(1) Complete files for quality control and quality feedback;
(2) Strict inspection for the components of our grinding mills, to assure products free of damage and avoid rust-eaten and paint peeling off later on.
(3) Only qualified components will be assembled and total equipment must be inspected completely before sale.After Sale Service:
1. We will send our technician to the site for guiding equipment installation and commissioning.
2. During the installation and commissioning, we offer operator training service.
3. The quality assurance date is one year after commissioning. And after that, we will collect the cost if provide repairing for your equipment.
4. Maintenance for equipment failure caused by improper handling (appropriate cost will be collected).
5. We offer the components with favorable price and perdurable maintenance.
6. If equipment repairing is needed after quality assurance date is expired, we will collect maintenance cost.
