High Quality Horizontal Type Internal Classification
Grinding chamber consists of grinding disc and block, used to s break the material into fine powders. The classifying chamber is composed of impeller, which can divide the fine powder into two kinds of specifications of particle size to standards and non-standards. The standard products are discharged through the discharge pipe and collected by the cyclone collector. Non-standard products along the chamber back to the grinding chamber and continue to grinding until the standard so far.
The grinding disk and the impeller are driven by their respective driving devices, and the rotation speed of the impeller can be adjusted to adjust the product granularity. The helical feeder is used in the inner wall of the body to send the material to the grinding chamber uniformly, and the quantity can be adjusted by rotational speed.
The complete sets of equipment mainly consist of a mill, a pulse dust collector and an induced draft fan. The pulverized material is collected in a pulse dust collector, and the clean gas is discharged through the induced draft fan. The induced draft fan provides the necessary negative pressure for the entire system, and the system operates under negative pressure without flying dust.

The biggest feature of this machine is that both sides of the crushing disc are equipped with grinding blocks, so the crushing area is wider and more fully crushed; The wide grinding area is very suitable for material depolymerization and particle shaping.
Hinge device is designed on the crushing feed side, which is very convenient to open and clean materials; The upper classifier can also be designed as a quick-opening cleaning classifier, which is very convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
There is no flow rate lower than 6m/s inside the crusher, and there is no residual area inside.
Technical Services:Technical handover includes engineering and design of a full set of process technology.
We propose to provide the following services, including consulting services, installation guidance, commissioning, trial production guidance and training.Aftersales Service:Equipment warranty for 1 year (consumer parts: except for shredding discs and ring gears). The warranty period for bearings is as follows: one year of operation for 8 hours of service is warranted for one year; one day of operation for more than
20 hours is warranted for 6 months.
The cost to the buyer's factory within five days is included in the total price of the equipment and the customer provides an international round-trip ticket.
For more than 5 days, the service fee will be charged at 145 USD per day per person.
If the customer is all ready to install the mill, the equipment can be installed and debugged basically for three days.
We are responsible for guiding the installation and commissioning.Responsibility of Buyer and Seller:Seller:
We will provide installation and commissioning and engineering technical support. The scope of the provision will be defined in detail within the contract.
Buyer:
The supply of equipment and installations, technical data, and construction materials for local supply are provided by the buyer:
- Power supply and cable
- Parts that are not mentioned in the quotation or that are explained by the local supply.
The following work and services are the buyer's responsibilities:
- Equipment transportation costs
- Equipment installation, commissioning, commissioning personnel, except for supplier personnel
- Sufficient raw materials and storage equipment for commissioning
- Transportation tools, cranes and lifting devices

FOB price, including shipping to Shanghai port, properly packaged, including tax.

After the contract is signed, a 30% deposit will be paid.And the remaining 70% of the payment is paid before shipment. Customers can come to the factory for acceptance and can run the finished mill with materials.

Receive orders, find out all technical and business details and receive approximately 30 working days after receiving the deposit.

1. Design for your production line flow and equipment layout, free of charge;
2. Provide foundation drawings of customer-ordered grinding mills and drawings of related parts, etc;

4. Free technical suggestions on adjusting of equipment layout and application.
5. Equipment upgrading (customers need to pay the cost);Quality Assurance:
1. Strictly conforming to ISO9001 quality management system;
2. Strict control from purchasing inspection, process inspection to final proofing;
3. Established several QC departments to execute quality control regulations;
4. Detailed quality control examples:
(1) Complete files for quality control and quality feedback;
(2) Strict inspection for the components of our grinding mills, to assure products free of damage and avoid rust-eaten and paint peeling off later on.
(3) Only qualified components will be assembled and total equipment must be inspected completely before sale.After Sale Service:
1. We will send our technician to the site for guiding equipment installation and commissioning.
2. During the installation and commissioning, we offer operator training service.
3. The quality assurance date is one year after commissioning. And after that, we will collect the cost if provide repairing for your equipment.
4. Maintenance for equipment failure caused by improper handling (appropriate cost will be collected).
5. We offer the components with favorable price and perdurable maintenance.
6. If equipment repairing is needed after quality assurance date is expired, we will collect maintenance cost.
